Novice Horse Camp

Novice Horse Camp is a dream come true for young horse lovers! This three-day immersive camp introduces children to the joy of horses through a balance of structured riding lessons, creative activities, and hands-on farm life experiences.

Campers are partnered in small groups for team-based activities including grooming, tacking, riding, scavenger hunts, mounted games, crafts, and more. Through both in-hand and mounted experiences, children learn how to safely and confidently interact with horses while developing a deeper understanding of horsemanship.

This intensive yet playful program dives headfirst into farm life—encouraging adventure, creativity, teamwork, and responsibility. Students are immersed in “all things horses,” from grooming and caretaking lessons to interactive games that build coordination, balance, and communication.
